Refunds and Returns Policy for NxtTopic

At NxtTopic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must not be customized or personalized (unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival).

If your return request is approved, you will be issued a full refund or an option for store credit (your choice).


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service Team:
    Email us at info@nxttopic.click or call 307-621-0431 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization:
    After we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Ship the Item Back:
    Once you receive your RA number, package the item securely, including all original packaging and tags, and ship it back to us using a tracked shipping method. The return address will be provided by our customer service team.

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected:

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If you chose store credit, you will receive an email with a store credit voucher that you can use on future purchases at NxtTopic.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized items, unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items, or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a return or exchange.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@nxttopic.click with your order number and photos of the defect or damage. We will:

  • Offer you a replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • Process a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

In cases of defective or damaged goods, we will also cover the return shipping costs.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method to ensure the refund was processed.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider for further assistance, as there may be delays in processing.
